The building was built using heavy timber construction and has three levels above grade with a fully occupiable lower level.  Sherman Associates has owned the building since 1999 and occupies the second and third floors as their corporate offices.   Sherman Associates recently completed a $30M full building renovation that started in 2021 designed by Bluementals Architecture, Hess Roise as the historic consultant and Gardner Builders as the general contractor.
